Located at Range 10 East, just outside the covered bridge, “Pont des chutes”, in Rochebaucourt, the Rapides Trail is a 2.2 km path running along the Laflamme River. A walking trail that charms us with its unique beauty. There was once a waterfall here, but it was blown up with dynamite to lower the level of the water and reduce the impact to cultivable land during spring flooding. The residues from this explosion provide this site with an unusual appearance. Picnic areas let you relax and enjoy the beautiful and calm scenery.
The trail is accessible at all times on foot, mountain bike, and snowshoe.
