La Ferme Gasper is a family-owned dairy farm, founded in 2005. Since 2016, the family has been making a very high-quality cheddar in this traditional dairy. Whether in blocks or curds, their artisanal cheeses are handcrafted according to the closely guarded secrets of the master cheesemaker. You will be delighted by the authenticity and the hospitality of the owners.
The boutique is open from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 3 pm, and visits last an hour and a half. The farm is a member of the Terego network of farm hosts that welcome travellers in motorhomes and trailers.
Be sure to wear sturdy, closed shoes!
